Tipi Experience Bespoke Hire for adventures, weddings and events

A unique camping adventure, a romantic setting for an evening, great fun
for kids' parties, a special BBQ, original overnight accommodation, summer
chill-out zone in the garden, or an amazing exhibition space? Be it in your
garden, at a campsite, or at any other location of your choice, we aim to
provide an unforgettable Tipi Experience, tailored to your requirements.

Choose which tipi and accessories best suit your needs, complete and
return the booking form, and we will do the rest.

A 50%deposit will secure your booking. We prefer payment of deposits and
final balances by direct transfer. Please phone for account details at the
time of booking. We will accept cash and cheques made payable to Tipi
Experience. Receipts will always be issued.

All our tipis are fire resistant, waterproofed, mildew resistant, 13.5oz or
greater canvas. You will need a space of at least 6 metres in diameter and
clearence of about 8 metres height in which to erect the tipi to facilitate
ease of use and maximum enjoyment.

The tipi skin wraps around the poles (bamboo or larch) which are anchored
onto a base tripod, and is held together using twigs or lacing pins, creating
a beautiful and majestic structure both inside and outside.

To keep prices as low as possible, our basic service includes the pitching
and striking of the tipi and poles only, allowing you to use your own
groundsheet, rugs or any other furnishings you have. We can supply
groundsheets, carpets, rugs, liners, ribbons, candles, bbq's and fire pits, if
you so require. Please see the price list for further details.

The following packages are available for the 2010 season.

Weekend Package - 3 Nights Friday to Monday
Our basic package. Tipis are pitched Friday afternoon and taken down
Monday morning, giving you the whole weekend to enjoy.

More than one Tipi? ATipi Village?
Have you thought how stunning a tipi village would look at your party or
event? We can delivery and pitch up to four tipis in one day at any given
location. If you need even more: Contact us for details.

We will endeavour to furnish your tipi to your requirements. We can supply
anything from ribbons to match the colours of your wedding party, to a four
poster bed with mosquito nets for the ultimate romantic setting. Please feel
free to phone us to discuss your ideas.

We are based in Beenham, West Berkshire, between Reading and Newbury
and can easily serve the surrounding areas: Hampshire, Wiltshire,
Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We will happily travel further afield.
